Invoicing for Dutch therapy practices.

From session to paid invoice in four steps: PDF invoices, iDEAL payments and automatic reminders, built for a field where privacy is not optional.

  • Client data encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM envelope encryption and per-record keys
  • Fail-closed tenant isolation, enforced at the database access layer
  • iDEAL payments through Mollie, with idempotent webhook handling

Matterhorn

AIFMD Annex IV reporting, to every regulator in Europe and the UK.

Acquired by Hg Capital in October 2024, joining FE fundinfo

Fund managers in the EU and UK have to report on their funds to their regulators under AIFMD Annex IV. Matterhorn Reporting Services turned that into a SaaS platform and a fully managed service. Zartras co-owned the company and built the entire platform, from the first line of code, with in-house expertise on the Annex IV legislation itself.

Client work

For a global healthcare enterprise, Zartras builds and maintains the systems that move more than 100,000 files and messages a day between thousands of trading partners, from the admin consoles down to the webMethods packages and Java that do the moving.

Managed file transfer platform

An enterprise mailbox platform for managed file transfer, built full stack: the admin console for trading partners, transfers, documents and statistics, and the webMethods packages beneath it. SFTP and SMB connectivity, encryption and mail delivery, in flow services and Java, each with its own test package.
